As some people know, I am in the process of getting my real estate license. I will be done on the 14th of December, and I will take the state and national exam the next day. I'm pretty excited to start selling properties for family and friends.
Today I spoke to Century 21 about how their program works. I liked how they are really professional but it seems like you have to do it their way, or hit the highway. And they have lots of fees, dues and royalties. A little too much for me. I also was in contact with a guy from All Pro Realty. He seemed interested in informing me with any of my questions. They only charge $50 a month and $425 for each sale. I thought it was a great deal. I keep 100% of the commission while Century 21 keeps half, and others keep 30%. Anyways, they seem promising.
